Frame Construction - All frames are constructed with heavy gauge aluminum tubing which is always fully welded for superior strength. The frames are fully finished under the weaving material with commercial grade powder coating to match the weaving materials.
Weaving Materials - We only use the highest grade weaving materials like High Density Polyethylene ( HOPE ) fiber or proprietary Loom Weave which is blended cellulous and aluminum mesh. These types of fibers are the only materials approved for commercial use and extended outdoor exposure.
Cushions - All cushions are constructed with high resiliency (HR) foam with poly wrap and barrier materials to protect the fill from excessive moisture. We also offer the full range of Sunbrella fabrics including their RAIN collection which has a waterproof coating inside.
