Residential Warranty

Meridian Aluminum - 5 Year Limited Warranty 

  Product Coverage: Meridian Furniture Company LLC warrants to the original retail buyer that the furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship. The furniture frame and weld warranty lasts for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. The furniture finish warranty lasts for a period of two (2) years from date of original purchase. Please note and understand that hand-applied finishes are unique; therefore, fading and wearing of these finishes are not covered in this warranty. The fabric slings, umbrella frames, tabletops, and hardware warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase. This limited warranty in non-transferable and is designed to cover the furniture under normal residential use with proper maintenance only.

Coverage Details: If the furniture frame fails structurally or if the finish cracks, peels or blisters Meridian will replace the part, repair the frame, or replace the entire item at our option. However, if the original style or finish is no longer available Meridian will substitute product or equal value in a similar style and/or finish. Original proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims.

What is Not Covered: Meridian warranty does not cover and is void if damage occurs from shipping, unreasonable or abusive use, commercial use, acts of nature, normal wear and tear, frame finish fading, pitting or chipping, cleaning, sun screen and tanning lotions, freezing, mildew, staining, wind, rain, hail or snow, fire, glass breakage, fabric stretching and fading, environmental causes, and failure to provide responsible care and maintenance for the product. Meridian is not liable for freight / shipping costs either to or from its warehouse on merchandise returned or replaced after twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Claim Procedure: To obtain warranty service please contact the retailer where the furniture was originally purchased within the relevant warranty period and provide a copy of your dated register receipt as proof of purchase.

When requested, goods must be returned for inspection or a photograph provided to Meridian Furniture Company LLC, or its authorized representative, when requesting parts, replacement, or repair. All warranty issues must be handled through the retailer where the furniture was originally purchased.

Meridian is not responsible for any other costs; consequential or incidental damages resulting from any defect in the product.

Meridian Furniture Company LLC extends a Commercial Warranty limited to specific products noted in our catalog and website using a CW designation. These products are manufacturered and tested for commercial application. The extent of this limited commercial warranty is to cover defects in material and workmanship under normal commercial use and conditions to the original buyer.

Pacific Iron Works: 3 Year Limited Warranty

Meridian Furniture Company LLC warrants to the original buyer that the furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship. The furniture frame and weld warranty lasts for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. The furniture finish warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase.
